Some dreams are not said out loud. Maybe because we are not sure if we can afford to have them, or because we are afraid that they will never come true. Gabča was looking forward to her dream evening, but at the same time, in the back of her mind, she doubted – do I really belong there? What will it be like? And how will I manage it?
Gabča is an amazing woman. In her youth, she flew as a flight attendant, worked hard all her life to raise two children alone. Today, despite her serious illness, she continues to spread joy - she sews and crochets beautiful toys that breathe life into them. Her skillful hands and huge heart help others, even as she struggles with her own obstacles.
And thanks to us, all of you and our little angels Helence and Evičce, one of her big wishes came true – to be part of the charity ball of the Klubko s nití pomáva organization and Chobotnicky Eva, who have also been helping our Ambulance of Fulfilled Dreams for a year.
When our crew came to pick her up, she was nervous. But once she arrived at the ball, everything went by the wayside. People hugged her, came over to talk to her, singers dedicated their songs to her. And when it was time to dance? They just took her and her wheelchair into a circle and danced with her.
Joy flowed from her. She was part of something beautiful, precious, and unforgettable. She was happy.

And we? We just bow down before her, before you, who allow us to fulfill our wishes, and before those who prove that life is beautiful in every moment - you just have to live it to the fullest.
