Mr. Jirka was a writer. He wrote stories and even books for children—stories full of joy and lessons. A true athlete at heart, always in nature, always moving, always surrounded by people. 
But a few years ago, one of his legs suddenly failed him, forcing him to rely on a cane… And the illness kept claiming more ground until Jirka was confined to his bed, able to communicate only with the help of a board.
The Ambulance of Fulfilled Dreams became a birthday gift from his friends, giving him one last chance to see the world from above, from his beloved mountains. With refreshments and a carefully planned route prepared by his mother and a friend, Jirka got to gaze out from a ridge above Pec pod Sněžkou. The breathtaking view of the land and mountains brought tears to the eyes of this rugged mountaineer.
Exhausted, but so incredibly happy…
