Sometimes, the simplest wishes are the greatest gifts. In the past, we’ve fulfilled dreams that might seem like “little” at first glance but are an unattainable “much” for those who long for them. One such dream was simply returning home, even if only for the final chapter of life. Who among us wouldn’t wish to end their life’s story in a beloved place, surrounded by their loved ones?

However, during the rounds, the decision was made: she’s going HOME. 
The demanding journey ended with a tearful and joyous reunion with her family. Hospice workers were already waiting at the destination and immediately took over care for the happy traveler.
Once again, we were struck by how little is needed yet how much is missing—such as support from insurance providers for families in situations like Mrs. Marie's.
