Míša, Myška, a little fighter. It hasn’t even been a year since he lost his dad, and yet he’s already on his way to join him in heaven. Still, he talks about wanting to go to the zoo with his brother and mom.
A And that’s where we come in, planning the dream trip down to the smallest detail, in consultation with his doctor.
Míša was thrilled, even though his swollen face and labored breathing concealed his smile. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the management and staff at ZOO Brno, he got to see his favorite animals from places usually off-limits to visitors. To our delight, after days of refusing food, he ate his lunch—and even managed to nibble on his mom’s too.
Those beautiful eyes of his are now looking elsewhere; he’s ready to join his dad…
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Children’s Oncology Endowment Fund Krtek and specifically to Kateřina Nazarej for their incredible and kind collaboration. Together with Kateřina, the pediatric oncology clinic at the Children’s Hospital of the Faculty Hospital Brno , and Zoo Brno we managed to fulfill Míša’s last small dream.
